I would /in for this if someone could explain the voting mechanism. Why, in the xample, does player get 8 votes, not 6?

I understand that one of the Blocs voting for A has more than one player/vote, but how do we infer which bloc this is? from that example, how can we tell how many votes each bloc had?

each bloc has as many votes as the number of players in it

who the bloc is voting depends on plurality inside said block
