Rule 1(d), regarding queueing, was amended to read:
If a player has fewer than two games in progress and still has pending games, they will be automatically enqueued for up to two games,
unless
they explicitly re-queue before the tournament director can enqueue them;
or
they lost/drew their last game by time forfeit or abandonment; in which case they must explicitly queue within 72 hours or forfeit all their pending games as well. (Games forfeited by both players in this manner will be scored as abandoned.)
