No, you would have been allowed to play out this game.

Though this game has gone on for well over a month so at least one of you has actually run out of time altogether; I can take some time later to do all the timestamp math and figure out what's happened there.

Dannflor has made a correct timeout claim. However, inspection of the timestamps shows that Dannflor had also run out of time altogether as of move 6. Therefore in accordance with the usual rules for this scenario I'm adjudicating the game as a draw. (It's not a mutual loss by abandonment since Dannflor did make a claim.)
