[SETUP] Town of Salem Style

A Town of Salem style Set-Up, please suggest any changes which you think may make this more balanced. Still wanting to add more roles and update the mechanics.

Day Start
Jailor and Kidnappers cannot jail/kidnap each other and they cannot jail or kidnap the same target. If they attempt to jail/kidnap the same target or attempt to jail a kidnapper or jailor, they will receive a "you were unable to jail your chosen target message"
Jailor, Mayor, Marshall, Veteran & Retributionist can only exist once.
A Mafia role can only exist once.
Janitor & Forger can not both spawn.
The Godfather chooses the kills and who will make the kill each night.
Mafia roles can not make a kill and perform their normal night actions on the same night.
A Godfather must always exist, Consigliere will become the next GF as a priority and the next GF will be voted by the remaining members.
Jester can only exist upon the failure of the Executioners win condition.
Vampire Hunter can only exist in a game where a Vampire has spawned.
Standard attacks are Basic unless stated otherwise.
Basic attacks kill all without a defence
Powerful attacks kill all with a basic defence
Unstoppable attacks kill all without an invincible defence (only Pestilence has an invincible defence)
Basic defence protects against basic attacks
Powerful defence protects against powerful attacks
An invincible defence cannot be killed at night in any way
