Phase 1(5 Days):

Players select teams of three to be a part of. (As soon as two teams are selected, the last three players will be automatically entered into a team)

Phase 2(6 Days):

Each team of three is given a team private neighborhood and a hydra account.

Each hydra account is given access to a shared private neighborhood.

The Main Thread will be locked.

Players vote in their team private neighborhoods for a team to be eliminated. (Upon a majority of 2 being reached, this will be announced in the shared Private Neighborhood that a team has voted for another team)

Each team votes together. (a majority of 2 teams) will select the eliminated team.

A town player may choose to leave the game at this point to force their entire team to leave

Phase 3(1 Day)

Upon an elimination, there is a special 24 hour twilight discussion period - if a town player from an un-eliminated team chooses to leave, the eliminated team will be saved.

Phase 4 (3 Days)

Players pair up into dance pairs for a 6P Dance

Phase 5 (4 Days)

Players vote for one dance team to leave.

A player may choose to leave the game at this point to force their pair to leave

Endgame (5 Days) (4 players):

Players may leave their partners and force the entire pair to leave.

Mafia

wins if they reach parity at any point with the Town or the deadline runs out in Endgame.

The Town

wins if all of the Mafia have been eliminated.

The Rules

• ONE: FUNDAMENTALS
  • All site-wide rules apply. Read and respect them.
    
  • There is no personal communication outside the forum postings (regarding this game) unless your role specifically allows it.
    
  • Do not quote your Role PM or any private communication (either real or fabricated) with the moderator, co-moderator, backup-moderator, or fellow players. Paraphrasing your Role PM is acceptable.
    
  • Be courteous and respectful to all your fellow players and the moderating team.
    
  • Play to your Win Condition.
• TWO: DAY PHASE
  • All groups with Private Topics (PTs) will be able to converse during any Day Phases.
    
  • Votes must be in the format of VOTE: PlayerName or
    Vote: PlayerName
    , or they shall not be counted. Abbreviating someone's name is acceptable, so long as I can discern who you were voting for without trouble. If I think it should count as a vote, it will.
    
  • Unvoting is not required, but is much appreciated.
    
  • Once you have reached a simple majority (half of all living players plus one) that person's fate is sealed and they shall be eliminated. Unvoting cannot change their fate.
    
  • Once a player is eliminated the game enters twilight until I arrive and post a death scene. All players may continue to post during Twilight.
    
  • Please post at least once every 48 hours. If you fail to do so, you will be prodded. If you fail to respond to said prod within 24 hours, you will be replaced.
    
  • If you get three or more prods, or fail to respond to a prod by posting in thread within 24 hours (or by PM if at Night), I will begin seeking for a replacement (this means the third prod functions like a notice that you are racing the search for your replacement.)
    
  • A deadline extension may or may not be granted; just ask.
    
  • Votes and Unvotes shall not count in Twilight.
• THREE: NIGHT PHASE
  • There is No Night
• FOUR: CAPITAL OFFENSES
  • Do not quote your Role PM or any private communication (either real or fabricated) with the moderator, co-moderator, or backup-moderator. Paraphrasing your Role PM is acceptable.
    
  • Do not quote or screenshot from a PT into another PT or Main Thread unless
    all
    participants have access to the PT being quoted.
    
  • There is to be no personal communication outside the forum postings (regarding this game) unless your role specifically allows it.
    
  • The following is a list of outlawed shenanigans:
    • Using invisible text, codes, cryptography, etc.
      
    • Editing your posts (if you have the power to do so)
      
    • Insulting other players
      
    • Quoting any PTs you may have access to
  • If any of these offences are committed, I have the right to force-replace you from the game, or, with Listmod permission, modkill you.
• FIVE: MISCELLANEOUS
