I can do all 16 death lines from memory.

I can do most of the Fleeing in Terror ones, but not quite all 16 from memory.
I can do quite a lot of the level-up ones, but not quite all 16 from memory.
I can do quite a lot of the Champion (level 10 except gnomes who're 8) ones, but not quite all 16 from memory.
I can do a few of the Wandering ones, but I'm a bit from 16.
I can do most of the Fighting ones, but not quite all 16.
I can do a lot of the hunting-bounty ones, but not all 16.
A big gap is the finding-treasure ones, which I only know about half of.
I never learned all of the joke-text (easter egg) lines, so I only know a few of those.

Are there other types of lines for heroes I'm not remembering off the top of my head?
I think I got them all.

Butyeah, my memory for them is...considerably good, but not perfect, except the death lines, I got all 16 down pat there.
