Here's a thought:
Make Cop Odd-Night and Doctor Even-Night. That way Follow The Cop is weakened due to no result being gained on the nights that a Doctor could protect the Cop.

tbh the entire neighbor gimmick is to help answer the question of "what is the dynamic of backup neighbor and activated neighbor?"

if/once this passes i would appreciate some help planning this game so it's a bit more normal than last time

I think the JOAT always sequences Psychologist, Cop, Tracker, I think the vast majority of people are going to do that.

If the activated neighbor dies, the mafia backup neighbor should still become a neighbor, based on current normal rule stuff, I believe.

1. We need results PMs 2. Need to clarify the factional kill is shared, currently the mafia technically have three nightkills. 3. Daytalk has to be enabled globally or not on the normal queue. The neighbors have to have daytalk if the mafia do. You could remove daytalk and add encryptor to the mafia and disable daytalk if you wanted to, I don't prefer it but you can. 4. I'm a little concerned about good faith paraphrasing still sharing modslips due to the "use your voice and your vote" refrain. The most obvious change to me would be to give the vanilla townies and mafia the same advice, since it's good play strategy for them to use their voice and their vote too (though the mafia should use it to eliminate town.)

This might make the vt pm quirky by mentioning voting twice, that you should do it and that you can't do anything else. But since the VT pm will be public thats less impactful than the PR PMs being a smidge quirky here, short of this change
