I'm thinking of a 13-player GoTF.

4 scum, 8 town, 1 King. The King knows all the mafia. There will be a phase where everyone votes to turn someone into the Queen. Then on Day 2 players choose rooms. The Queen is informed of the King's identity. If the Queen is Mafia then the Mafia automatically win. If the Queen is town they get IC'ed. The King flips upon death as Town, but not King. The Queen will die after the tower flips.
Four rooms:
Gate
Wall
Tower
Keep
In the tower, the mafia choose to kill one townie and the Queen will be the deciding vote of the tower. If town is voted then town wins tower, f scum is voted then town loses.
Each room has 3 players. The mafia get 2 swaps to put one mafia in each room. If the mafia have lost they can submit a guess in their PT on who the king is. If they get it right, the mafia win. If wrong, the town win. If there is a tie then the mafia get 4 guesses at the king in their PT. If they get it right they win. If wrong, town wins.

This might be breakable. SS made the original design andit looked really fun.

Thoughts?

You'd need to redesign the mechanic for putting people in rooms, as mafia could just win by not going to any room.

Town winning on rooms v scum winning on rooms is ~even chances, so you're looking at odds of Mafia queen + Mafia guess King v odds of 4 scum in one room. I think it's balanced enough to be worth trying, especially given positive feedback on the original setup.
