Colors are borked in the cop PM, otherwise looks good.

One interaction I thought of that wasn't clarified and want to double check: if TA investigates a neighbor the same night scum kills the other neighbor, TA should still receive "can communicate" correct? Because kill happens last in NAR?

NAR is the golden rule first, and the list as a last resort. According to the golden rule, the kill changes the result of the TA, but the TA doesn't affect the kill, so the kill is first and the TA gets "cannot communicate".

I agree that this is mildly unintuitive.

This does actually agree with the list; kills are not last on the list, investigations are.

Got it. Thank you! I think I remembered something about "kills happen as if everyone pulled the trigger at the end of the night" and got it confused with this case.

It does resolve after kills: e.g. viewtopic.php?p=10537272#p10537272

Generally investigatives that depend on kills (psychologist/detective as well) resolve after kills.
