Can you tell me a little more about this, if that's ok? I'm just wondering something. Did it stop working while you were in the room?

I went into the B&E store and basically couldnt figure out what to do. I looked through the windows and saw there was an alley way out of one of them. My thought was "Oh, there's probably a passage through the staff room". I tried to enter but the staff stopped me. I tried to find a passage through the changing rooms and overheard the staff saying the security button doesn't work. I didn't know what to do after that so I left.
