The entrance must be from a different room I think. Also, There is light coming from the cafe...

When I was in there I turned the light switch off (to escape the chef). And there was still light in the bathroom...... I wonder if that is it.

Apparently there is a NPC who is anti-vampire... Mr Miyagi or something? I haven't found him yet but that's on my to-do list. Did you find him?

So you can go down to the Service Room, out the door in the corridor are doors to the Office/Server Room and The Lost & Found. Lost & Found needs a swipe card or PIN. Office, I'm not sure but it has a big hole in the wall through to the Lost & Found.

The other way to get there is Legerdemain shop, talk to Ozob & go inside his Box
