The locked area is the main door in here. On closer inspection, it looks like the door handle has been broken by something heavy.

wakes from a nanny nap and feels like she's missed something... last thing I remember I was trying to look at surveillance cameras in various room

Oh thanks! Well since you offered, please keep an eye out for an incapacitated person... who might be my family member

And since I saw the vampire lair, I've been thinking that we are going to need a group of like-minded folk who want to take them down. Call us Anti-Va or something. Maybe have a think about whether being involved is something that would align with your interests.

I don't think it's necessary. I wonder if they're being kept in one of the storage units, there's around 10,000 units, so you'll need that tracker to actually find the right one, I'd wager.

Other things that might be of use.

Pat Miyagi in the Apocathery/Antique store is aligned against the vampires, he might be able to help you. There is also a sarcaphogus in the antique store, and a painting that might be related to the vampire's paintings.
Bank has the vault.
Bathroom has a locked room.
The station has kingpin, who as far as I can tell is the only major player other than the VCS and may know more.
There were two vampires, your family could be in the remaining coffin.
Then there's the storage units.

Something that's been concerning me is that Sarah came down here to the lost and found and was able to locate Harry with that. But we've seen the lost and found. How did she do that? She either ran back the cameras on the cctv, or she used the fact that she's psychic to locate him telepathically. There's also something weird though. The lost and found has a camera in it, but this here *gestures at computer* isn't showing it. So. That imples to me that there's a secondary location. I wonder if that's the security office, whether the guard is directly watching a seperate feed.
