FYI, if you want to leave through the vents in the service room, Vent 2 has the VCS at the end, Vent 3 has Kingpin and the train station, Vent 4 is a surprise. Vent 1 is the roof, but you really don't want to go there right now.

Marcus the poltergeist is up there. He crushed the helicopter a while back, and he was the thing that threw the UFO into the carpark.

VCS is the Vampire Council. They're holed up in one of the storage units, but you can get in through the vents. The place looks terrifying.

It's kind of related. But I think there's a way through from one of the other sides too, although I couldn't see a door from the vampire side.

It'll be either lockers 911, 812, 24601, or possibly through the laundromat. I think those are the things around it. If you can, try and keep your bearings with relations to the laundromat you'll pass over on the way, I'm curious what the wall with the paintings on connects to. I think it's like this. If you ever end up in the storage closet you'll see exactly the place I think it is.
