Nothing gives you a direct clue, but there is a caretaker here: groundskeeper waldo. If you want to search a particular square, use the grid coordinates from the graphic

Look in caretakers shed

Talk to Waldo, ask about any recent-ish happenings in the graveyard

There is a Wrench (+1) and a Rake.

The caretaker says some guy was here earlier asking about the grave of ET in E17, riding a bike around the graveyard "The cheeky wee bugger".

There is something in the pond, but it looks very heavy, and very deep.

Ask Waldo if he's got a winch or something that could help get the object out of the pond

Its too deep for that and no he doesn't. You can dive in and try get an idea of what you are facing if you want.

There is a well sealed box, maybe 10 feet down. The pond is sloped, so you might be able to drag the box up, but its too heavy. You end up having to surface for air.
