Unlike this mansion which seems to retain signs of use, even though nobody's been inside for as long as you can tell, this room in particular looks abandoned. By my calculation the madman is gonna go to the entrance hall, let in the spectre, and then get to the upper landing but I will wait for Korina to confirm that before rolling for that specter's speed.

1) All monsters of the same type share the same speed roll. So all specters that are let in will have a speed of 6 for this turn. If it was a specter and some other type of monster, (like a zombie), they would have different speed.
2) Mizzy opens the windows in the chapel, and a Specter enters the mansion with a speed of 6!
3) The Madman will path the following way: Dusty Hallway, Charred Room, Entrance Hall, Open Doors, Foyer, Grand Staircase, Upper Landing.
4) While in the Entrance Hall, the madman will open the front doors to the mansion and let a Specter into the mansion with a speed of 6!
5) All Specters that entered on this turn
