Rules are {"HERE"}, with the following modifications:

Hitler + Fascist pairs know each other.
There will be 12 Fascist (6 Blue/6 Red) and 6 Liberal policies. One Fascist policy is discarded at random. This is publicly known.
Both types of Fascist policy add to the Fascist track. If a Hitler is elected once the game can end in this way, that fascist faction solos.
If the Fascist track caps out whoever has more wins. If there is a tie, then whoever has more officials currently in power wins. If that's neither of them, we'll go based on who got the first Fascist policy.
If a Hitler is assassinated, the other two teams concede to a draw.

Something to keep in mind about how SH works is that the danger in Hitler zone isn't Hitler being elected chanc, it's fascist taking the gun shooting a lib and forcing topdeck to endgame. That can't actually happen in this setup because a liberal being shot doesn't give fascists majority. This setup either ends in heil or liberals have essentially infinite time to solve the game
