To make the dead thread a bit more exciting, I'll give the folks who want to remain unspoilered a JOAT ability: a gunsmith shot, a tracker shot, and a motion detector

and let you all decide what to use and on whom

Gunsmith checks if someone has a gun
Tracker tells you who your target targeted if anyone
Motion detector tells you if your target was targeted or targeted someone but not which and without any additional info.
