I could reveal full details, might have to pull up logs with pooky or he will show it in mod pt.
Basically i got something like 1600 gold starting
costs for roles was-
cop - 1000
doctor - 500
jailkeep - 500
tracker - 500

So there was no way i could fund all the roles night 1. I got more money later on in the game as i put money into investments and made some killer gains in the stonks (wizard) market.

i had no indication of how much gold income i get per night till next day. so i threw everything into investments and put more in the next night. It raised our daily income to where we were near end game to around 2.2k gold a day.

anyways in hindisght me not funding the cop night 1 seems much better knowing datisi was scum.

@andres yes i know im very dumb for forgetting to submit action. It was even worse finding out after i worked over night and slept in to 10 am finding out i missed the grace period by literally like 40 min? I was like god damn pooky just let me submit it

I feel like this game was another lesson not to overthink things, and to sheep dead Town. When Lukewarm died I knew that implicated Datisi and GuiltyLion, but I didn't follow up on it

I dont know how you could possibly call a game follow the cop ignoring the many checks the mod put into the setup to make it not that at all including ignoring the fact that there were actual 0 cop results this game.

Well played to the Mafia, especially mastina and Datisi. I thought mastina was so incredibly obvtown that my first reaction to the Cop check was that it sucked because I already 'knew' mastina was town. And Datisi's posting made me consider scumreads on a lot of Town slots who were playing really good towngames and should have been more obvious town, e.g. GL and Baltar, which isn't easy to do.

I think I actually went net neutral for money with wizard because of him stealing money and running

You’re good. After I died, the Town played better not worse. I almost feel like I was a hindrance to unlocking the game. I did a few things okay, and I’m really glad I was right about VPB and GuiltyLion who would have been my Towncore. But I succumbed to Datisi Town (the mechanical argument LLD made btw absolutely swayed me - I would have voted there too when it happened and LLD deserves a lot of props for pushing the game forward despite their lack of motivation), and then my solve went to crap with the checks. I suspected Titus very strongly early on (called them outright Scum aggressively), but didn’t follow through because Datisi played really well. Drapion did Scum side bad, but others were still able to TR them (and I did early on, but I failed to stay consistent), and Enchant and I just couldn’t get on the same page. So I don’t think my reads were solid at all, and I’m really curious as to why the Scum decided to NK me here.

But hey I tried and I put a lot of thought and time and I’m really glad the Town won. I think we deserved it. There’s times I feel we get lucky and I don’t feel that way about this game at all. We beat a motivated solid Scum Team and so many Town players actually cared about the outcome and played solid.

I think you were a really important part of this game. Having you lock towned and being able to rely on you to make sensible decisions with the kings guard was huge.

I also think you were pretty important for keeping me alive through my bad d1 decision and seeing through it to seeing me town.

Thanks @TSQ. Consistently selecting players with the hopes that we would protect you is definitely the better part of my game here. But my reads just weren’t that great haha and that’s okay.

Yeah even in the moment my Kingsguard selected to kill TSQ, it was only to try and kill Mastina, and the act of doing so closed the noose around the PoE of the game via Titus voting protect secretly.

shea was a good choice for king, in the end

Yeah and i deliberately have him cop because i thought he could do the least damage with that because i was hedging against him being the scum i was sure was in {gl dat VPB}

mmhmm. It definitely allowed me to weaponize the mech solve to get to that place

I wonder if the correct play from Titus is to just let mastina die in the overthrow. Limiting the Poe to just kingsgaurd with you and gl just completely clear by play was a 0%er.

Not really sure there was a good play though.

Yeah it felt very locked down, because no matter what, I told people in the thread.

"When I die, and I might die, listen to my words. I'm going to try and overthrow Mastina and Shea tonight, kill titus tomorrow. If the game isn't over from that, you've got this yourselves, but Enchant/Drapion/Roden are all town."

So essentially, I told them, just kill Shea/Mastina/Titus. I think given that, Mastina and titus were always dying.
