Didn't know STD and Ceph were married that's cool. It makes it funny that I said in the PT that I thought STD was townier for pushing Ceph, but I wasn't 'married' to that read

Incidentally, while I want to thank all of you for playing, I want to give Gimli a special shoutout for replacing into what was basically an unwinnable situation for him and still being a champ about it.

And again another pt which greatly helps with reads:

@Gamma, my God, like Yhan was the most obvious scum ever. Pretty much identical to random midget in Labrynth.

Would have 100% locktowned Mastina based on the pt, for some reason it didn’t translate as well.

Silver Snakes’ hood was a total laff riot. Seriously why did the two of them even bother at pretending to be town in there? lmfaoooo :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

When Aisa pointed out that Ceph wanted her head > Mega’s was probably the moment I was very confident it was Ceph.

I give Ceph massive props for efforting. Couldn’t be easy in your situation.

Yeah, just saying it’s textbook scum-in-hood pocketing behaviour. Random did precisely that to me in Labrynth, Ydra did to Taly in HDP and Taly to Bell in LOST.

That’s how it was really obvious very quickly that me and Flea likely had a masonry in there. Fae never once played up to me and while both of us probably remained slightly paranoid of the other, we still tried to work as a team.

Flea wanted to challenge Gimli and I told faer to go for it.

I’m not criticizing you at all Gamma, it’s extremely easy to be fooled by it. It’s happened to me at least twice now.

Sorry to be (a significant) part of the problem. This game was in a doomed state and I was quite looking forward to throwing some mud at the wall and seeing if any of it stuck.

Had some bad news this week, I'll need to drift back into hiatus. Good to briefly play with some of y'all again before I do. <3
who's scum? i haven't read up yet but like, it's me

That was actually all genuine! I wouldn't lean too heavily on this example when trying to draw conclusions in the future, I think you might be confirmation biased reading it after the fact.

well done by town on the sweep.

Wish i could have participated. Feel bad for the scum but thats the way it goes sometimes

Yh just read the scum PT, feel bad for Ceph. Even when I signed up for this game I thought the setup was slightly townsided but yeah. Oh well, just a game. Nice for me to chalk up a smooth town win, considering my town record before this game was 1/3 wins/losses :lol:
The theoretical EV for town is 33%!
https://wiki.mafiascum.net/index.php?ti ... ation_Rule

In practice I expect it's more townsided because neighbourhoods and the fact people tend to sign up with someone they're familiar with
I wonder if games are more townsided in general than EV suggests hmm

This setup has been run 3 times by Haschel. (Haschel Cedricson can correct me if there is more)
1st game was a scum win.
2nd game was a Town win
3rd game (this game) town win.

I have run 2 alternatives that was a slightly adjusted (a micro version and a large theme)
Both games were scum wins. [The big adjustments to these games was that players selected their team AFTER role assignments instead of sign ups. And obviously the number of town and scum are adjusted]
Micro = 6 - 3 [Town to Scum]
Large = 10 - 4 [Town to Scum]

if anyone enjoyed this game i do intend to run a sequel game to my previous large theme version of this setup. Which will be modified from my past run. Will be still be 10-4 scum.
