General

1. I am the Mod and what I say goes. I reserve the right to change the rules or modkill/force-replace players as I see fit. If this happens, all players will be made aware of this fact. However I am likely going to be too busy running this buisness, but if my wrath be summoned, you shall know!
   
2. That being said, I am perfect. But somehow I still make mistakes, if you see one, let me know. If you have questions, comments or whatever feel free to PM me.
   
3. Preface all in-thread messages to the mod with

4. Punishment for breaking any of the following rules is on a case-by-case basis and is therefore not fixed.
   
5. This is a game. Play to win, and have fun, because what’s the point if it’s not fun? Or don't, you guys are not being paid by Buisness Company for fun.
   
6. DO NOT TALK ABOUT ONGOING GAMES.

Posting and Voting

1. I hereby reserve the colour
   #FF8000
   for mod use. Don't use it.
   
2. Do not use invisible, encrypted, or ridiculously small text. Everything posted in the game thread should be public.
   
3. All votes must be written in
   bold
   or use the VOTE: Player tag. Unvotes are helpful, but not necessary.
   
4. Votes may
   not
   be contained inside quote, code, area, or spoiler tags.
   
5. If you need more clarification. Just ask.
   
6. An Elimination is reached when either majority of all players, half players alive plus one are voting same person. If majority is not reach and deadline has passed the person with most votes will be eliminated.

Activity and Deadlines

1. Failure to post once every 48 hours, will result in a prod.
   
2. If you fail to respond to your prod in 24 hours, you will be replaced.
   
3. If you get three prods you will automatically be replaced.
   
4. If your role gives you access to a Private Topic, you may request that a partner be poked. This will not count as an official prod.
   
5. If you are going V/LA please notify me in advance

Setup Basics

1. This game is confirmed 10-4 Ratio of Town to Wolves.
   
2. This is nightless and has no night actions.
   
3. Eliminations can only happen by voting within Challenges. See below on the rules of challenges.
   
4. The scum team will have 2 day kills given to them that they submit in the scum thread. One after the first elimination and another after the fourth elimination. These can be used by scum team at any time.
   
5. In addition to above there is a publicly known Buissness Shop Items that is available for all to use. Read below for the specifics.
   
6. There will be mini game events during this game which can earn you currency to spend on the Buisness Shop. See below for what items are available and more details.

Challenges

1. If no challenges have been submitted after two weeks. The scum team will pick the challenging teams
   
2. You cannot challenge a dead team, your own team, or a fictitious team.
   
3. Challenges are issued by in bold stating "[Your team here] Challenges [Challenged team]"
   
4. Once a challenge has been issued it can't be rescinded (you cannot vote "No Elimination") and no other challenge issues after will count until an Elimination is achieved.
   
5. Only one member from a team will be Eliminated during each challenge.
   
6. Once a Elimination is reached, both teams are now freed, and any player from any team can issue a challenge now.
   
7. The deadline for challenges/gladiate is two weeks. If the deadlines passes the person with the most votes will be eliminated, if a tie the person with the most votes first will be eliminated.

Buissness Company Shop

1. The business shop items are publicly known and any player who has the currency can spend on the items to purchase.
   
2. Purchases are not public knowledge unless stated otherwise.
   
3. Items are not limited. You can have as many items as you can afford.
   
4. You cannot give currency or items to other players unless stated otherwise.
   
5. To purchase an item, if you have the currency message the mod with the item you wish to receive.
   
6. There are no hidden items only scum can purchase.
   
7. All items must be used in game thread with bolding the name of item and your intended use unless stated otherwise. Example: "I use
   Immunity
   ".
   
8. There are three ways to earn currency in this game. (1) Issuing a challenge. The issuing challenge team will receive 250 after the challenge is completed. (2) All voters on an elimination regardless of flip will receive 100 as well. (3) Participating and winning in a mini game. Mini game prizes will be announced at the start of each event.

Mini Game Events

1. Throughout the game there will be specific mini games that players can participate in to earn currency to use in the Buissness Shop
   
2. These mini games will happen at predetermined intervals and scum may have specific advantages in them that will be public knowledge.
   
3. Mini games are meant to facilitate activity and strategy between teams.
   
4. Mini games do not halt or extend any existing deadlines and can occur during challenges.
   
5. Participation in mini games will not result in a player death unless someone is voted out during a challenge as a mini game is occurring.

Force Challenge

1. Force any two teams to gladiate/challenge
   
2. Must publicly bold team choices when activating for which teams are challenged
   
3. There cannot be an active challenge when this is activated or an already issued challenge.
   
4. Neither team nor you will receive currency for the issuance of this challenge.
   
5. If the game is in ELO and if all members of both teams don't agree to this challenge, they can bold reject the challenge and the challenge will be undone.
   
6. Cost: 750

Negate Challenge

1. Force ends a gladiate to occur and the game to revert to normal with no challenges issued.
   
2. Unless the game is in ELO the two challenge teams cannot challenge each other again for another round.
   
3. The challenging team will still be issued currency for issuing a challenge.
   
4. Cannot be used if the requisite votes have already been reached for an elimination.
   
5. Cost: 800

Immunity

1. Once used, you cannot be voted to be eliminated during an existing challenge.
   
2. You can only use this on yourself.
   
3. This ability will not work during ELO
   
4. This ability only works for one challenge/elimination
   
5. You cannot use this two challenges in a row
   
6. If a challenge was negated when this was active and your team is put in another challenge, your immunity will still work.
   
7. This item must be activated before your elimination for it to be used.
   
8. Cost: 1000

Team Swap

1. You can use this to swap an existing team in a challenge for another team
   
2. This ability will not work if an elimination has already occured prior to activation
   
3. Votes will reset after use.
   
4. Use ability by publicly bolding Swap [Team Name] for [Team Name]
   
5. Cannot be used to swap for a team that would redo a negated challenge unless a elimination has occured in between. I.E if team X and Y had been negated then if team X and Z are challenged immediately after, you cannot swap team Z with Y.
   
6. This ability cannot be used to force a game end scenario in ELO. I.E scum cannot swap to force a town elimination to force game over. A town player can use this to have same result.
   
7. Cost: 500

Double Voter

1. Your vote counts for double during the challenge this was activated.
   
2. This cannot be stacked or used with Triple Voter to give yourself more than double the voting power.
   
3. You activate this item by bolding the item name in game thread.

Triple Voter

1. Your vote counts for triple during the challenge this was activated.

Loved

1. Can use this to be loved during a challenge. It will require one more vote to eliminate the player

5. Doesn't work in elo.

Messenger

1. You can send one private message to one player in the game.
   
2. You activate this by messaging mod privately with the intended recipient and message.
   
3. It is not confirmed who the sender of the message is.
   
4. The message nor if someone was sent a message will be public knowledge.

Hated

1. Can select one player to be hated during a challenge. It will require one less vote to eliminate the chosen player
   
2. Can be activated by sending mod private message or bolding in game who wish to make hated.
   
3. It will be announced if a player is hated.
