I don't see the benefit beyond grouping certain players with each other. 2 mutually townreading townies win at all 3. A mutually townread townie and scum lose at all 3.

Lets say we have a hypothetical list who's scum rating is their name:
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9
Where 1 is lest scummy and 9 is most scummy.
Courte - 9, 4, 5
Dungeon - 2, 3, 6
Palace - 1, 7, 8

I think that would be a good distribution of players.

Either town for town or we had 2 scum in the court.
So I think that's good for town

Which is also something I've been wondering. On day 2 is it better to choose a location and finish that game before thinking about the other 2? Or maybe ignore locations altogether? Or something inbetween?

well yeah but you can't mech solve with subjectivity so I just make everything numbers while I talk through it so I can understand it better

did was scummy as opposed to a playstyle difference.

Supposing Drew is Town, it's an anti-Town approach because it gives scum the ability to avoid auto-loss by having any one of them join the dungeon.
Supposing Drew is Scum, it's beneficial because now scum can avoid auto-loss by having either of the other two join another location.

It's hardly damning evidence, but it is an action that hurts Town and benefits Scum, so it's naturally suspicious.

By organizing before committing to choices, and allowing people to express concerns and come to a consensus, we effectively remove scum's agency, and that's better.

Surely stopping scum from being able to do what they want to do is better. They'll have to change their approach on the fly which will make it more likely they make mistakes and therefore easier to catch
