Activity

• Deadlines are 5 days (120 hours) for Day 1, 2 days (48 hours) for Night 1 and 10 days (240 hours) for Day 2.
  • Deadlines may be extended if necessary.
    
  • Fast Night may be requested.
• Prods are 48 hours and there will be no prods for players on V/LA and during holidays.
  • Examples of holidays include Easter, Christmas, Anzac Day and News Years Day.

Setup

Information

• The setup is Guardians of the Fortress.
  
• There are
  6 Devotees
  against
  3 Insurrectionists
  among the cadets.
  
• Daytalk
  is enabled by default.

Mechanics

• During
  Day 1
  , instead of an elimination, cadets enlist themselves to police the
  Court
  ,
  Dungeon
  or
  Palace
  .
  • Each cadet may only signup to police a single location and they may not change their chosen location.
    
  • At most, 3 cadets can be enlisted to a single location.
    
  • Once every cadet but one have enlisted themselves to a location, Day 1 will end and the remaining cadet will be enlisted to the final location which hasn't been filled.
    
  • If all
    3 Insurrectionists
    are in the same location by the end of the day, the
    Devotees
    will win.
• During
  Night 1
  , the
  Insurrectionists
  must switch the locations of 2 cadets such that each location contains exactly one
  Insurrectionist
  as well as choosing one cadet at the
  Court
  to be confirmed as a
  Devotee
  .
  • The final location assignments will be made public.
• During
  Day 2
  , there will be 3 concurrent activities at each location, with the faction which gains control of the most locations being the overall winner.
  • At the
    Palace
    , town must vote on one cadet. If that cadet is a
    Devotee
    , the
    Devotees
    gain control of the location, but otherwise, the
    Insurrectionists
    gain control.
    
  • At the
    Court
    and
    Dungeon
    , the
    Devotees
    must eliminate the
    Insurrectionist
    to gain control of the location.

Additional

• Here are some additional rules.
  • During
    Day 2
    , all nine cadets still share the thread and submit their votes there.
    
  • All 3 activities are played in the same thread but cadets may only vote for their own activity.
    
  • After majority is reached in a activity, that activity is immediately resolved, and all cadets involved are flipped.
    
  • Once a cadet's activity is resolved, that cadet may no longer post in the thread, with the exception of the cadet who was confirmed to be a
    Devotee
    at the
    Court
    .

It seems the most straight forward, so I want to attempt to hamper scum right off the bat and choose it before them.

Definitely the most straightforward. I'd also describe it as the most difficult of the three.

I'd rather we'd have full discussion BEFORE people start joining, hold people accountable for their decisions and prevent people being opportunistic and all. Drew's already suspicious on that front as scum is pretty heavily incentivized to pick early.

My own preference would be Palace, probably the easiest of the three and I trust myself to find Town more than I do Scum.
