: Character Development Day

For anonymous LSG players, part of the fun is getting to portray a character based on the game's theme. Characters have included fictional characters, real people, animals and other creatures. We've been celebrating our boldest & brightest since 2017 in the yearly Character Poll.

To practice, answer one or more of the following questions while portraying a character. If you have no idea where to start, here's a random character generator. It's up to you if you want to tell us who you are!

1. I plan on just hanging out, getting some good sun
2. I enjoy being in the front yard, on occasion on the roof. I really love being outdoors
3. You cannot if you are undead, I will take you down
4. If we stick to the plan we won't have to use any lawnmowers
5. I just kinda fire away once I see what I need to do. I don't tend to plan much, I moreso tend to be used by others
6. I work really well with my buddy Torchwood. He really empowers me to do my best so I can shoot my shot more effectively!

The Mashies help us memorialize great games, mods and players each year. Personally, I am a proud Mashtermind and Smash Mouth winner, and also a proud nominator of some very deserving winners. There's so many ways to celebrate and contribute to this tradition today. You can nominate someone in the Mashies Nominations 2023 thread. You can provide ideas and constructive feedback about the Mashies here. You can also review the Mashies winners of recent years: on the wiki. You can can reach out to the Scummies MS account if you have any interest in helping out with the 2022 ceremony so we can find out who our winners are! All the stuff is done, we are just waiting on the writing to be finished. Which is always the longest part. That being said, we will always take judging volunteers any time of the year and just remember to contact you once there is need for judging.

: Robbed Goddess Day

Sometimes games have elements of luck or other unexpected events that lead to the demise of competent and likeable players. Many Survivor fans and Mish Mash players recognize this and lament the fate of so-called robbed goddesses everywhere. Let us know today: to you, who is the most robbed goddess? What's their story?

OhGodMyLife hands down. Man's been the bridesmaid and not the bride so many times. He's a really good player, but people keep *realizing* that he's a good player so they don't let him touch FTC too much.

There have been so many, but the most robbed has to be Jigglypuff (Empire) from Super Survivor Bros imo

Was good enough to win but did not even make merge because of a combination of insane shenanigans and going to every single tribal council on Blue Tribe
