I am in agreement with this belief. The character limit is also why it took me many years to get onto the bird app, and almost no time to subsequently abandon it.

I want the record to reflect I duly investigated to see if I could write longer thread titles than you could. I can't. I don't know why I tested, I am now recalling we run into this problem frequently in the unwieldy modside thread titles we generate, and yet I tested it.

this isn't really relevant but when i send people the link to their created GTKAS threads, on rare occasion i make the link the subject line of the PM and make the body text just be "here you go" or something. and then i giggle about how that probably makes things inconvenient for them

I hope you keep trying for it, if you could just get 1 extra character your limit would be 11*11 and that just seems right
