There are 4 neighborhoods made up of 4 players each. The Mafia are also randomly sorted into these neighborhoods, with a guarantee that no neighborhood can have more than 2 Mafia members.

Each neighborhood has night talk and can vote at night to perform a different ability. The 4 neighborhood abilities are described below.
  • This neighborhood votes to give one player the ability to place and remove two independent votes the following day.
  • This neighborhood votes to kill one player.
  • This neighborhood votes to investigate one player. The investigation result is delivered to one random living member of this neighborhood.
  • This neighborhood votes to protect one player, from Mafia and neighborhood kills.
The Mafia have night talk. They also have a factional night kill, and a three-shot neighborhood roleblock. Once in the entire game, they can upgrade one of those roleblocks to affect every neighborhood for that night. Each neighborhood can only be roleblocked once, outside of the global roleblock.

v2: Changed the first neighborhood's ability from making another player unvotable, to giving another player double vote powers. Made the Mafia roleblock only work once per neighborhood, outside the global roleblock.

If mafia get control over the "make one player unvotable" hood they just autowin? Just roleblock the vig hood until you kill all the townies in it while making a mafia member in the unvotable hood unvotable

Python in fact correct, but unvotable works just for day.

If looking other way, there's potential spreads where town can lose almost instantly.

2 mafs in Vig and 2 mafs in No-Voting for example. Mafia makes mafia unvotable forever (requires actually killing one townie so not earliy than N2 or trick town in voting here), while vigs fight for gun.

Since unvotable is strictly negative utility, maybe it could be changed for some other ability?

Unvotable is the one I'm least happy about honestly, and the one I thought would give the most problems. Idk, maybe not every neighborhood needs an ability.

Also, I was toying with the idea of making the neighborhood roleblock only work once for any given neighborhood. That would stop the mafia from blocking vig repeatedly, at most they would get two nights because of the global block.
