this is funny to say, but I think the reality of the situation is that wolves just weren't paying attention or hunting for roles.

No reason to shoot her over Jason just because she can't be limmed.

fwiw I think the setup is to be expected given it is the normal queue and how NRG balances their setups.
If it was just 1 cop and no backup cop, by normal queue standards, this setup would be wolfsided.

thing to remember is normal games always lean towards townsided so there was a hole in town power so something should of been expect and hu and norw were the only players that it could be

Yeah my cop ability did feel a bit cheap, but i think i hid the fact i had it decently well by just appearing to be very chaotic as an player.
I also thought that if i acted extra harsh towards Aisa yesterday then the assumption was that if Fire was scum then they were more likely to keep me for endgame, thus allowing me to check them on that night. Which is what ended up happening.

Gonna use every advantage i have.

I was always going to keep you to endgame even if you hard scumread me.

even when its advantageous like taking hu to end game when she isn't playing or doing anything was probably smarter, but then i have to be like 'yeah i didn't guard norwee'. Or you know lie and say for a third time there was a failed BG.

Honestly after my second failed bg i should have been instant elimmed. The plan was to kill me after we killed bob but the game made a wild shift onto Nurse.

I had already given my scumreads at that point. I was going to let everyone else talk

But yeah, my Random Nurse analysis Day 3 was top notch, and I had that right since Day 1.

I lead one on Takutai. I defended Osuka tremendously on Day 1, and if y'all just actually did work, it was obvious I was town with 2/3 scum team solved.

I agree that the setup was probably townsided overall, but I don't think it was so townsided as to be forcefeeding a victory.

With nearly half of the Town being Millers, and all four of them at least soft claiming by D1, there was an extremely narrow pool for PR hunting AND for viable cop targets. What happened here, from my perspective, is that scum fucked up by not noticing Jason's sudden strong townreads (cop indicative), and shooting a claimed Miller instead. Up until that point, scum had the game locked down, and even after it was pretty much up in the air until the last night.

I do agree with Firebringer on the setup restricting scum's options, and though that was partly intentional, I get the frustration there. I'll probably not try something similar if I end up running more games in the future.
