From what I understand, we have three teams we can work with. Anix's proposal. Mallow's proposal, and D3f's proposal. At least one is a guaranteed operative so there is no need for Anix to be putting so much pressure on this team passing and the unnecessary pressure of "we HAVE to pass this team" is making me wary.

Even if there is a team guaranteed to pass, it still needs to be a team that will get the votes to get to the pass/fail stage. I want to make sure that this team will.

I think it is pretty clear Scum Mist is trying to keep us away from going AniX/T-Bone/STD. That makes me pretty damn sure the other 2 scum are amongst mallo/ccs/d3f. I'd nominate me/TB/STD right now if this was an earlier nom slot. But I am hestitate to go unless I am sure we can win at this failure stage.

If I did, could I get a show of hands who would vote against it?

That isn't QUITE what I'm asking. I want us to avoid another fail, but that is where I am leaning. If I proposed it, would you grumble and go "I don't like it but I don't hate it enough to give us another vote fail" or would you actually dislike it enough to vote fail it?

I'd vote for it because I don't want to risk another failed vote because D3f and Mallow are untested and we'd have to accept one of their two proposals

I don't think you are or aren't Scum. I just don't particularly know which of the 2 of the 3 are scum. Mist clearly is, from my proposing perspective I am not, T-Bone/STD lean good in my eyes, everyone else is a mystery.

If you have no particular displeasure with my proposal but are going to vote against it anyway, what exactly is going to change between now and tomorrow, when it will be a different proposal you probably won't feel anything about, only you will need to vote for it or we lose.

I am going to propose myself, T-Bone, STD if we need to to beat the deadline. We ought to solve this now because if we vote it down today, we'll be stuck with whatever monstrosity the next person proposals. I urge people to take the risk voting yes now and allow us to keep another no to a team in our pocket if the next person is obvscum.

i don't understand why we're not taking the opportunity to get more information on players who haven't gone yet and who haven't been trying to strongarm us into a decision. Especially considering they're going to propose soon and if we just think they're scum we're going to end up failing to STD/Tbone (who very much could be hiding in order to get to the 2 fail stage) or through ccs/me who we've already failed. Another STD/Tbone team is a waste of time and opportunity for info. It doesn't tell us anything new and we're running out of options.

Curious how you went from "I didn't vote no, it must have been T-Bone/STD" to "They are hiding, that's why neither of them voted no".

Anyway, this might have been something to suggest BEFORE we were on a deadline (I wonder what about this team makes you so nervous?), but we don't have the runway to do a trial balloon team and we certainly don't have the runway to do it randomly at the last second.

Sorry I’m using “I’ll pass” to mean I’ll help the mission pass ie I’ll vote it up. I guess I was unclear about both parts of the thing I said initially lol
