The shot being gone at parity means we lose at parity as with any other game. I thought it was nightless, I somehow thought we had no scum kill. This changes things to a no win.

We should have NoElimmed D1 or had the person at E-1 vig to become an IC.

If they didn't vig then they get hammered as scum since scum cannot vig.

The only way the game is still up is if we retain our vig at this point because them we can still hit scum.

I think this would work okay nightless with no scum kill or if we retained our vig at parity.
