Here's a thought: Since we're outed Jailkeeper scum are shooting us. There's a 66% chance of there being a 1-shot Strongman that will ignore the Jailkeep. Chance of blocking scum is therefore 1/7 * 1/3 = 1/21

There's a 66% chance of there being a Town Follower that will lose information from a roleblock. Chance of blocking the follower is therefore 1/7 * 2/3 = 2/21

TODO: Figure out what the chances of a follower getting a guilty are and if it's higher EV to risk blocking the follower over trying to hit scum
