additionally I hear tell that admitting to faults makes people like you more because people don’t like unapproachable people, or something. Therefore we prefer flawed human beings to perfect ones, in addition to that* being apologetic puts the other person in a position of power or so I’m told as it’s on them now to forgive or not forgive which is flattering and therefore also makes people like you more because people like feeling powerful and important.

But gotta be real here,I hate people and our flaws and vanities.

Gamma Emerald strolled across her luxury yacht fuming that Chell had yet again decided she was a "deepwolf" the absolute nerve of that woman. She was about to rattle off an angry rant when she remembered her buddhist training from Master Kung Lao. She threw her phone into the ocean to prevent herself from getting too furious and decided to take a dip in one of the ship's hot tubs. Hopefully this nuking Titus thing would work out or something.

Taking another sip from her cabernet as she leaned back into her lounge chair, she saw the seconds tick down towards the latest missile impacts. Unbelievable the nerve of these people to keep firing on her day and night. They really did not appreciate her sense of humor.
