[SETUP] Possessions

This was originally a setup idea for a 9p theme that I had and was fleshed out with help from implosion.
I've decided to make it an open instead.
Feedback is much appreciated.

Items

Item	Ability (Intended)	Ability (Tampered)
Torch	Can see the name of a random visitor and block their action	Will instead do nothing
Quadcopter	Can fly to another player's residence, and see if anybody is present there	Will instead see if anybody is present at its holder's residence
Ink-pad	Can set up once to cause a random visitor to be marked with ink; Anybody visiting them that Night will be informed their target has ink on their hands	Will instead do nothing
Toolbox	Has 50% chance of restoring a tampered item; Will always fail on some items (e.g. Firecracker)	Will instead do nothing
Firecracker	Can pass to another player; Will set off if it's dropped (e.g its holder is killed), having a 50% chance of either poisoning or killing all visitors	Will instead set off immediately and have a 100% chance of killing
Concoction	Has a 50% chance of healing the holder	Will instead have a 50% chance of poisoning the holder
Notepaper	Can prepare a message that will be published to all players upon the holder's decease	Message will instead be illegible

Mechanics
