Welcome to having a stellar SAT score, you're going to get plenty of kindling. WashU embraces the rankings+prestige jockeying instead of pretending to be above it. Kind of shameless, kind of more authentic. I had probably 20 physical mailers from them by the end of my admissions cycle and that was a decade ago.
(Fantastic school+beautiful campus though, plus it actually gives merit-based aid unlike the absolute pinnacle schools)
