looking at this my first impression is that it's a bit townsided.
goons vs 1-shot bp + tracker is balanced so adding a neapolitan for town gives them an extra clear they otherwise wouldn't rly have

tracker in micros are incredibly strong and swingy in a way that makes it almost impossible for scum to recover off a day 1 scum death
