General

1. I am the Mod and what I say goes. I reserve the right to change the rules or modkill/force-replace players as I see fit. If this happens, all players will be made aware of this fact. However I am likely going to be too busy controlling the world from behind the scenes, but if my wrath be summoned, you shall know!
   
2. That being said, I am perfect. But somehow I still make mistakes, if you see one, let me know. If you have questions, comments or whatever feel free to PM me.
   
3. Preface all in-thread messages to the mod with

4. Punishment for breaking any of the following rules is on a case-by-case basis and is therefore not fixed.
   
5. This is a game. Play to win, and have fun, because what’s the point if it’s not fun? Or don't, this is just a fantasy of my creation.
   
6. DO NOT TALK ABOUT ONGOING GAMES.

Posting and Voting

1. I hereby reserve the colour
   #FF8000
   for mod use. Don't use it.
   
2. Do not use invisible, encrypted, or ridiculously small text. Everything posted in the game thread should be public.
   
3. All votes must be written in
   bold
   or use the VOTE: Player tag. Unvotes are helpful, but not necessary.
   
4. Votes may
   not
   be contained inside quote, code, area, or spoiler tags.
   
5. If you need more clarification. Just ask.
   
6. An Elimination is reached when either majority of all players, half players alive plus one are voting same person. If majority is not reach and deadline has passed the person with most votes will be eliminated.

Activity and Deadlines

1. Failure to post once every 48 hours, will result in a prod.
   
2. If you fail to respond to your prod in 24 hours, you will be replaced.
   
3. If you get three prods you will automatically be replaced.
   
4. If your role gives you access to a Private Topic, you may request that a partner be poked. This will not count as an official prod.
   
5. If you are going V/LA please notify me in advance

Game Mechanics/Public Knowledge

1. This game is confirmed 4 Scum (Diablus Cult) vs 13 Town (Shadow Garden)
   
2. Last Will: Players can leave a message that will be revealed upon their death. This will be posted on death and can contain anything as long as it doesn't break site rules. [To Clarify you must pm the mod your last will PRIOR to your death]
   
3. Wisdom of Shadows: One player in this game is confirmed town and will bestow upon players his shadow wisdom. This will make the player a power role. Shadow will not know what role is given, the Cult will know how many blessings Cid has sent out. See the PM below
   
4. Hidden Identity:
   If a player flavor claims their true flavor at all during the game. The mod will inform them (not public) they have been exposed and be reverted to a VT (excluding Cid/Shadow) if have any powers and will not be able to receive any future powers. Attempting to bypass this by claiming you are not or are every possible flavor to skirt this rule will also be considered a violation.
   Update this mechanic has been taken out. You are free to flavor claim. The mod warns you that flavor will not help you solve the game
   
5. Diabolus Cult will have day talk. The Diabolus cult may continue discussing the game with their comrades after their death (they will not be added to spectator thread)

During the first game day you can select up to 7 players to receive your blessing. Any remaining powers you don't bestow can be done so at any point as long as you are able. This will be privately sent to the game mod and those players will receive PRs. You are not informed what roles they have been given. The cult can receive powers so choose wisely. To use this send mod a PM with list of players to give powers. Powers will be distributed at the conclusion of the phase the pm was sent.

: As long as you remain in disguise all actions targeting you, excluding cults factional night kill, will fail.

Fake Death

If you are voted out while still in civilian persona you will be temporarily removed from the game and can return to the game as Shadow at any point at your discretion. If you are night killed while in civilian mode you will be removed the game and will not return until the game is over.

This is your true self you will only display once you have shredded your civilian persona.

If powers that Cid hands out is based on flavor, that might do something. Though that could also tip off mafia. Not sure if there's really a reason to flavor claim anyway, as Cid should pick whoever they think is town rather than guessing at powers behind specific flavor claims.
