Participation is optional. This is a long standing mafiascum tradition that is entirely just for fun.

But what if you're with them and they can help you chop down the stairs to your apartment building so neither of you will ever get bitten ever and you can make food runs together and play board games and stuff. If it's the zombie apocalypse then we can just take all the Snickers from the store and share them together for eternity
