I don't hugely have anything else to say right now.

The purple wagon concerns me because 2 people from the "PoE" are advocating for that execution, which makes me worried scum are behind that wagon.

I still think ming is scum.

So you think there’s no merit in our purple/halfasleep solve? Is that just because you’re wary of me and Jack?

I'm wary that both Jackson and fire are in the "PoE" of people that might have seen a Mason soft (along with me/maybe asleep but im not too convinced about that one), and both are advocating for a purple fade, and because I know I'm town, from my POV, it seems like there is a high likelihood that at least one scum want purple out.

Since if both fire/Jackson are town, that leaves only me in the PoE, due to me not being convinced that halfasleep should be there, I feel like there is a very very small chance that scum aren't advocating for purples lim in some way.

Purple could be scum. If purple is scum though, I feel like he is being bussed.

ok i wanna say sorry first up for coming into the thread so negative yesterday. wasn't called for regardless of my feelings on the gamestate at the time.]

i'm gonna backread things over again to try and get some thoughts together on the assumption that the scumteam is probably one of:

kay/purple
kay/thomith
thomith/purple

i don't think i'm crossing out ming as hard as i am fire and jackson (gg if one of you has successfully bamboozled me i guess) but it's hard to see why scum-ming comes in posting what he just did instead of just hopping on the convenient purple wagon (even in the world where purple is a scum-partner tbh). it seems more and more like i ended up tunnelled on ming exactly like i said i wasn't gonna back in d1 so, uh, mea culpa. so that's where i'm at currently. hopefully updates when i can get some reading done.

Most of the things I can think of are along the lines of "I don't think it would make sense for me as scum, to do this and that" sorry for that

First, the voting part (trying to explain better)
I don't think that a situation where, as scum, you are the tie-breaker and then do nothing. and hope that people will actually vote for the town is an effective thing
It would probably have been better to do

, or vote in the first place so that it would be someone else
In addition, it could have helped me (for example if I voted with you/jackson/jake) to be more of a town that actually does something

Second, that Jake got nightkilled
Considering he was my main scumread, and that I had no idea about the mason thing
Like, it's not really good for me because then I have to completely re-establish myself, and in my mind there was a possibility of voted him out + it puts me in a weirder situation

I have nothing to say about ming, because it still makes sense to me that he is town
I will try to think about scumreads, because I was mainly in defense mode

Right, the soft I specifically caught has the other mason kind of fuzzy but with who I think it is I don’t think one kill or the other is all that much of a difference. I also never expected you specifically to catch the softs, you could but I think there’s a more capable partner that did. Capable in the sense of seeing the softs, not general capabilities.

I think Thom is pretty obviously positioned in an uninformed way. Fire calling that out makes him more trustworthy even with all he already had. I’m not wolf. The only person I can realistically see catching the softs that don’t inherently have a lot of scum equity (that I cant shake) would be sleepy.

And sleepy is only partnered with you in most worlds. That’s pretty much why I scum read you specifically, sorry that its not really something you can tackle directly I don’t super envy your position

How does the fact that fire was calling it out help him be more town?
From the beginning I don't remember him trying to push thom too much, so it doesn't take away future options for him, and it's more efficient to use it to his advantage (not trying to scumread him, mainly trying to understand your claim)

halfasleep seemed kinda agenda-y with the kinda frozen sr on me throughout d1 and then half of d2 and then the unvote just now because she realized she wasn't going anywhere with that lol. The push on me kind of just died...in a very abrupt way I must say. Thom is still holding onto the scumread on me which is interesting. Don't see this as particularly paired with halfalseep

I actually think purplemango is reasonably towny.
