It's likely there are two scum in this group but I don't have a good read on any of these players

Considering Black commented (873 ) on 868 which laid out the remaining setup possibilities, and agreed with my proposed plan was was based in part on the remaining possibilities, I have a super hard time believing Black's 1029 is anything other than a clumsy attempt to excuse her certainty that there are exactly two scum remaining.

I didn't look in the spoilers. I was doing my usual skimming before work and I just read the conclusion. Even if I had opened it I couldn't even tell you what c9++ is off the top of my head. I'm not that type of player
