It was not the best slot as a result of Ilhom not voting on Lickety, but I would argue Bulba was much more scummy than Ilhom.

I thought it was Radmann, although after we'd lynched him I would have lynched for Bulbazoor.
Day1 votes narrowed the pool very much, which made it very hard for the scum.

I'm the Jailkeeper and I targetted Radmann9's slot (formerly: Zentheperpetrator) both Nights.

These are the possibilities:

(1) Assumption: Radmann9 is scum.
This explains the missing Nightkills.
Caveats: none.

(2) Assumption: Radmann9 is town.
This alone does not explain the missing Nightkills
Possible explanations:

– the Mafia did not Nightkill at Night1 (intentionally or not intentionally) and tried to kill Radmann9 at Night2. We need 2 assumptions here.
Caveat: why did the mafia try to Nightkill Radmann9? After Bulbazoor's flip he became an easy lynch for Day3.

– the Mafia did not Nightkill at Night1 (intentionally or not intentionally) and tried to kill the 1–Shot Bulletproof at Night2. We need 3 assumptions, because it's unsure whether there's a Bulletproof at all!
Caveat: none.

– the Mafia tried to Nightkill the 1-Shot Bulletproof at Night1 and Radmann9 at Night2. 3 assumptions, see above!
Caveat: why did the mafia try to Nightkill Radmann9? After Bulbazoor's flip he became an easy lynch for Day3. Also, why didn't he/she try to Nightkill the Bulletproof again?

– the Mafia tried to Nightkill Radmann9 both Nights. 2 assumption. (We need to assume the target of two Nightkills.)
Caveat: why did the mafia try to Nightkill Radmann9? After Bulbazoor's flip he became an easy lynch for Day3.
Anti-Caveat: it would make sense if the mafia had tried to kill the same player again.

There may be other possible answers as well, but I think there are combinations of the versions above.

TL;DR: if we assume Radmann is scum, we need to make only one assumption, whereas for every explanation for the events if Radmann is scum we need to make two or more assumptions and/or there are caveats too.

Can we lynch Radmann now?
