He did actually. His first post of the day was to vote for TheSoldier, then when I asked him why he said "because TheSoldier went to Monkey during the night, and now Monkey's dead" This was literally less than an hour after the thread was unlocked.
You'll have to read the strange and confusing day if you want a full answer to that, but, what it comes down to is that TheSoldier claimed vig, and several of us believe him. For me, I find it silly that scum would kill MonkeyMan that night, when there was a LOT of suspicion around him at the end of D1 and he was a likely mis-lynch (or at least an early wagon) for D2. It makes a lot more sense to me that a vig would kill him than scum would kill him.
Most everyone around for daystart assumed I was vig, including your slot. I really can't say why everyone thought that tbh. I am in fact a one-shot vig, but how were they to know?
Obviously no way to prove this, but if I had been on for daystart I would have claimed the monkey kill first post, but I got there late. Whatever happened N1 made this game really really screwey. If there were two kills N1, would there have been any doubt that I'm a vig? Maybe some, but not as much as there is now I think.
Just feeling frustrated, mostly. Everyone I've felt is likely scum has been town. Just when things start to click in the hood Slandaar ends up dying. (Don't remember if anyone answered this for Titus, but the hood is me, Slandaar, and Kitty Galore)
Honestly if Lapsa is town then leaving us two alive for LYLO is the perfect scum plan, so maybe lynching me is the correct play anyway?! The alternative is lynching the scumteam without missing or Lapsa being scum himself. Considering my garbage reads this game, I don't trust myself to be figuring out the scumteam.
I need to recalibrate badly.
