Last night when I read the tail-end of the Antihero-Spiffeh exchange before I posted, I was townreading Spiffeh for what looked like genuine paranoia and aggression but now I'm reading from the beginning and I'm not so sure anymore. The first few posts from Antihero were low-energy and didn't have much content but I don't see anything that warranted the death tunnel it launched starting in Post 100. Post 116 and Post 117 aren't good points. He's predicting this very narrow range of behaviors for how Anti as town "would" act and then treats

deviation as a scumtell, which is just bad on a fundamental level. From my, admittedly

more informed opinion, I wasn't surprised to see that Anti didn't just let Spiffeh's scumread go. It was still an absurdly small sample size Spiffeh was drawing from at the time, certainly disproportionate to Spiffeh's rhetoric and apparent aggression.

The subsequent read on Titus in Post 147 is coming from the same narrow and bad meta model that I saw earlier.

Basically, coupled with several IIOA posts that feel active lurkey and the fact that even the posts that address the gamestate feel really weird.
I don't like how he felt the need to explain the slip and talk about hydras but not to post about the gamestate.
Like the 'oceans 11' thing was just awful. Feels like he wanted to say something about it without taking a position until he saw how the rest of the game reacted.
Thing is I wouldn't expect him to be scum with you.

Sircakez I think is more likely lynchbait than scum.
He does have posts that feels like his 'act-like-I-think-I'm-conftown' scum meta from Celebrity, especially his opener, and I hate how he reacted to my calling out the Titus/Postie team theory.
But he also has a bunch of posts that I like and I don't think he really has the balls to make some of the posts he did, particularly the *overreaction to vote* one.
I can agree with much of his reads list as well.

I loved your both reads here, Your Conman view made sense at that point and I felt SC is getting pushed by Titus as an effort to dodge the pressure. I think this point made scum to aim the mislynch wagon toward Conman makes the current push (Titus) seems scummy.

so Two protectives were on TSMGO last night and one was on Titus. If scum attempted to kill then the kill was on TSMGO or Ranger so basically one in two is definitely town.

The most logical viewpoints to me are Cakey/FA/Thor (with Thor being my least confident read) and Cakey/RC/Ranger. If we suppose setup 1, Thortown means 3dice was game throwing scum.

To your first one, I have been rolecopped and FA has been jailed - that objectively suggests both of us are less likely scum (especially since, I have only a 7.69% chance to be scum or 33% even if you are absolutely assured of me having a scum role - neither are particularly impressive numbers at this stage of the game). Also, I think subjectively my play with FA makes no sense as to my scum meta for the past year or two (whenever I decided to stop bussing altogether).

Is there any logic to an RC/Ranger/Cake scumteam outside of your need to be town in your theory?

You know how I feel about meta. I'll acknowledge the numbers aren't the best there for that. I was looking at play and possibilities. If I townread RC (and it's hard not to based on play), then I have to suppose 1 scum in Ranger with a crosskilling/unlucky as fuck SK or all PRs are town.

For an RC, Ranger, SirCakez team, here's how that works. Ranger implies a guilty, but doesn't outright state it. Scum notice Postie's jailkeeper crumb and have Ranger claim Doctor. RC supports Ranger's claim. Then, town does most of the work in mislynching me while RC keeps her hands clean. Given that jailkeeper doctor doctor is a possibility, Ranger isn't turbolynched after I flip town. RC picks you to rolecop as a matter of politicing not solving the game. RC suggested that Expedience check the VTs when Expedience checking RC is the better play to confirm a lot of what they are saying and get a clear result on me. The day ended though before we could solve this. RC is very much about perception management as scum from NY 192 and the one open as his alt. He'd lynch people to avoid the townblocks where they are forming. RC has never absolutely ever justified why not Cakey.

The only way Ranger doc is known if RC is town.

There's also no bus driver in RC/Ranger scum setup.

[Note: Dead Expedience works in either scenario, which is why I'm kicking myself for not healing Expedience despite Postie being long term value.]

Well, it actually comes down to the point of no lynching.
At the time I wanted to no lynch I didn't have a solid enough universal town read - so scum could have killed literally anyone and I would have been fine with it as it would have eliminated a scumspect.
Then Titus brought up the chance of an RC jail stopping the scum trigger puller, and, in looking at that, combined with Postie's crumbs and RC's night action of derp, it painted RC as highly likely scum in my mind.
At that stage I was fine with a lynch.

Your concept of me being opportunistic requires that 1. I believe no lynching is super pro town (and any check of me describing no lynch will prove this is not the case)
2. I believe that another round of night actions gives us a lot of good info (I don't, and it doesn't outside of the kill)
3. That I'm not comfortable being stubborn (which...I don't feel I need to defend against)

I started to feel 3 vt scum is really possible looking at thor/sc/3dice becuase 1 is just an empty slot who didn't done anything generally townish. 1 is like Titus is scum becuase she is voting me in mylo and the other felt weird on jumping on RC
