Just because?

The arguments later will probably run like:
He posted. (He blipped on the radar)
He didn't vote. (Non contributing scum)
How scummy! (very scummy!)

The moment I saw DP posted, I
knew
I would've received a vote.
Heehee.

And here I'm going to go off again without another vote.
I wouldn't wanna disappoint:

He posted again without voting! (OMG!)
He's being defensive early when he wasn't even in the spotlight (Die scum die)
[Phoebus' response: I'm bored and also amused that DP is being slightly predictable ;)]

I could prolly vote viking cuz he broke my heart or whatever but that's just shallow and something I don't do.

Bye.

Double post:
Since only a Mafioso died last night, we can infer two things.
1) There is a second killer, presumably a SK.
2) The doctor saved someone from the mafia kill.

Anyway, vote: Dragon Phoenix for having a strange name.
1) Duh. IS isn't playing. No other vig ('cept ZONEACE with IS playing) would kill night one.
2) Duh.

OMG! Hi pot! I see you're calling a supposed kettle, supposedly black?

Thats IMO is utter crap logic.... can't really tell from first night kills why these people died.
Call me paranoid but I don't like the use of the word "utter" in this comment.
It's a bit too vehement for my liking. If you ask me, Yanq - it's very possible, as well as probable that someone targetted Tigris with a purpose. She is quite solid and can very well be a thorn in someone's side. To disregard this aspect completely is strange.

vote: Yanqush

My previous vote is null now, since Nightfall is dead.

kadath:
A mafia goon is a hitman.
A person who beats someone up seems likely to be a bully and a blocker.

What aspect? that Tigris was a thorn or killed with a purpose?
The aspect that Tigris can be a thorn and was therefore, killed.

I do not claim to have arrived at any conclusion as a result of Tigris' death.
I just said that it's probable and possible that Tigris may have been (may, not has been) killed with good reason.

While the sentiment is appreciated, whilst prodding, it's appreciated more if other factors are also taken into account. Like me not posting ANYWHERE on the site for 48hours.

Posting elsewhere but not here may (MAY) be valid.
Unforeseen internet loss. Valid on my part for not showing up.

Jumpy, aren't we?
I'm not unreasonable. Maybe just not eloquent enough?
Isn't that a given? You'd think people would know I've been around the place for a bit. ;)
Ofcourse a possible claim and what not will be taken into consideration before I decide to vote you off. As of now, I'm happy sitting on the Kiwi.

viking wrote:BTW, HezLucky has 3 votes, not 2, and is the vote leader so far.
Given that, I'll hold off as I'm not even close to being lynched, much less the vote leader.

Though if enough people say yes to a roleclaim...
emphasis mine

Crap post alert.

You're not convinced claiming and hop a wagon is the best strategy. You have (then had one) but two votes. yet you don't rule out the possibility of claiming AT THIS TIME? Whee!
kadath wrote:I'd like to hear a roleclaim from Viking.
Why? Explain?
Don't just chime in with nothing else.

Who's number one Lee? EYNH? He was leading the count. Why switch?

I skimmed through HezLucky's last post.
He's more convinced about kadath being scum through his (kadath's) actions and yet he's still voting for EYNH, calling him lurking scum, with no other proof as such, with EYNH furthermore having posted he's lost track.

Go figure.

I beat up EYNH based on hints I picked up yesterday and during a night time re read.
I've let two SKs win when I didn't go with a hunch, one in Minas Tirith and I forget the other game. I was not going to sit back this time.

Vote: Blackberry

Why I did not vote for him earlier was because I wanted to listen everything he said before I voted.

I am a multiple vig. I did not mention a kill method. I was not required to. Personally, I was surprised it was beating someone to a pulp. I expected another shooting or something.

Whoever said beating seems like mafia, look alive. We have had one shooting each night. That's what the mafia are doing.

I have given my reasoning as to why I chose to kill - I've let two serial killers walk away with a win in two previous games where I was too scared to exercise my vig powers despite a hunch. This was not going to be the case this time. Unfortunately, this time, the guts were wrong. Go figure.

Blackberry hinting at someone other than him being the vig and then claiming vig himself is totally off. It seemed as if he was fishing for a role to counterclaim.
I've seen SKs having weird and differing kill flavour before. So yeah.
I've seen scum given a vig seeming kill as an alibi but not a vig who tells you how their victim dies. Evil people do that.

Die.

Phoebus is around.
He's on limited access. You don't want my excuse.

I will re read. Might take a bit. Not giving any excuse here.
- If you made the kill on Tigris night one, then there is absolutely no question that Someone is the serial killer.
Do you think a vigilante in his right mind would kill night one? I'm not IS. He wasn't playing, I don't have a grudge against him or anyone playing here.
So we've covered all conditions that would entail a vig killing night one.
If you didn't, you'll have to take my word that he's unblockable.
How do you figure that?
He wasn't blocked but still got a posting restriction?
viking's side effect of a post restriction was evident when the mod put one belatedly on viking's night two target. (CoolBot? Speedy? Not looking back right now.)
Does that tally? No.

Is the mod giving the SK unfair advantage by just "telling him" about night happenings and supposed effects? I hope not.
- Neighborhood Watch is, by definition, 2 people.
That is a point.
Mafia doesn't have definitions. If halo wanted to make a three-person neibourhood watch, what reason does he have not to?
That is also a point. Mafia role blockers aren't quite the norm. I haven't used one for a year or so and I usually think I make do with available roles and powers well cuz I can't make new roles up.
I was never blocked anyway...
Which might be particularly evident given the night kills and their consistency.

You hanging on to your claim does not help you either.
Claim doctor? OK. Claim back up doctor? Unlikely...

Oh and Someone...targets? Results?

If the mod can be considerate enough to wait on me...despite my time zone, there are other things at work, so yeah.

The rest of you can answer those questions.

Night 2 Phoebus was protected, but we couldn't see who did it. (Assuming yanqush)
Night 3 Blackberry was killed but escaped unseen. (Assuming Phoebus)
You were actually told the action being committed?
And I escaped unseen?

In case I lynch the wrong person today, I still have a night choice to kill someone.
This could turn into a ghost town.

Technically, scum cannot win...
What say you, mod? (Answer by PM maybe?)

lucky's late claim and backup doc is iffy.
someone's third NW doesn't help see how percentages would work with 3 people, usualyly it's 2 and 50-100% success rate...

You both sound scummy! :P
I'm trying to figure out some of the semantic aspects of the previous posts.

Seriously, if I let the SK win this, next time I'm vig, I'm killing every night! :P

Leaning towards lucky for late claim. Also leaning towards Somoene for improbability.
