life in miniville had always been peaceful until a new mayor arrived.
he had always talked about having the people thoughts top of his priority list.
but this was only his public list for he had other ideas about what should happen to the town.
when he became mayor he began to change things. Big things.
Close all schools, Ban shopping at the weekend, ban those people who stand in the middle of town and give a sermon via loud speaker, even try to bring back capital punishment.
So with parents angry, the church angry and every hooligan in town angry at him he decided to start another branch of the police force.
the town decided the best way to stop him was to hold secret meetings.
In these secret meetings they decided to boy-cott the mayor on no-one join the new police branch.
but then rumors went round that some people going to the secret meetings had told the authorities about them.
the town was already up in arms about the mayor and when they heard this they decided that talking was over and now force was needed.
if the mayor was going to have his own private army so were they.

Day Breaks

You awake to find Tigris lying infront of the town hall, a glance above him explains the cause of death. Suicide? maybe but with all the fuss you think it might be something more sinister. Closer inspection reveals that he was beaten with a blunt instrument or fist before being thrown over the edge, also you notice marks on his wirsts and ankels. This was no suicide, this was cold blooded murder.

In any case, as everyone else has already said, it looks like we have an SK and probably either a doc or roleblocker stopped the mafia's kill- I was going to say that maybe they missed their choice but halo said that all choices came in, so that rules that out.

Certain things I know to be true:

1) Scum likes bringing attention to the "thought" that there is some sort of killer out there, but never holds to a name.

2) He seems awfully sure (along with others) that there is an SK. Whereas there are other possible situatios not being spoken about

The 2nd is less likely than the first, but a loose cannon vig is possible as well.

I suppose that was a pretty boneheaded comment, but I'm not the only person to suggest an SK without mentioning another possibility. It could be one of those, though I think that no one in this game is bad enough to be a loose cannon vig, and action switchers are rare. I'm not counting out those possibilities completely, but I think the SK is most likely.
