1) I find that read of soren forced. I don't see how asking someone if they are serious with their claim is scummy. Like if I announced myself to be a cop and you responded "are you serious?" I wouldn't think you were role fishing by asking the question. Nor would I think you should wait till I flip to find out in order to be town. It's quite reasonable to question claims

2) why would he have to be lynched for the vote to be opportunistic. It just has to give you something. Say making it look you are doing something when you aren't. Scum make plenty of opportunistic votes that simply aren't going to turn into lynched. They do so for.the appearance it gives them, not for the lynch necessarily.

I understand what you're saying and when I was reading his ISO I was thinking along those lines a lot. However, I think it's more play-style indicative than alignment indicative. His play-style seems very scattered, like he changes his mind a lot as he reads/rereads posts. That's the feeling I get from him.

1)he's an uncountered believable investigative. his role is testable. That makes it both unlynchable and untenable for scum
2) claiming where he did served only to confirm farside and pseudoconfirm you. There's no reason for scum to want MORE confirmed players

firstly he could have inferred that because of whatever in the hell abr is, there probably wasnt going to be another investigative or something. there could also be another investigative that hasnt claimed yet because 1for1 might not be the best course of action.
secondly, the only person he was 'confirming' is farside and it still leaves room open for a counterclaim later and the obvious benefit as scum is him gaining mountains of towncred.
if hes town he made the wrong call by claiming here. farside wasnt going to get lynched. why draw attention to yourself and ruin your role? that doesnt make any sense to me.

3) The Sentry is my favorite marvel character and the mod and I share a comics collection. If he were faking he probably would have picked someone more recognizable and not evil.
