I find it interesting that mlaker claimed cowardly townie and that he had hidden in Stewie's house, and Stewie had not been voting for him. How convenient. Then Stewie makes no mention of this fact, and votes for someone else (the Shadyforce bandwagon).
FOS: Stewie and mlaker
. And while Shadyforce's numbers are crap, it does not seem prudent to hide the first night with a random unknown.

That makes two consecutive vote counts in which mlaker is NOT listed as either voting for someone or not voting. Dourgrim got a mention, even though he cannot vote. Either something is going on here or the Mod omitted his name.
There are 22 awake and one sleeping, with 11 votes required for a lynch. I don't know if mlaker's absence is significant, but it's apparent.

I think the Shadyforce bandwagon is misguided, perhaps with encouragement from the Mafia. And I am in another game where Electra is certainly more talkative, but it is due to her particular role. She's an outed cop who's found two baddies so far. Much less reason for her to talk here.

I don't like any plan that involves a cop coming out, especially when there are still 20 people left in the game. That's way too early for a cop to come out. So we'd have to wait a few days before mlaker could hide with one, and I still suspect that he's making it all up.
Electra pointed out that there's more than one mafia remaining alive, so even if mlaker is one of them, we need to find others. Though many people, like myself, are quiet on most weekends, we should be looking for the others.
I was a hider in Voodoo Mafia, and though I did not hide on night one, I hid every night thereafter. I don't recall thinking of my role as particularly useful, but I didn't reveal it. If mlaker is telling the truth, then he's probably not the only coward. If there are one or two more, we could gather a lot of information tonight. I'm not a fan of revealing roles unnecessarily, but I thought I'd throw that out. If another one or two hiders come out, we could theoretically gain quite a bit of information tonight. And if another says he has to hide, then mlaker's claim becomes more believable, too.

I even started to sketch it out, but it seems any time we know where they'll hide, so do the bad guys. I think it's every hider (if they are hiders) for himself.

for trying to get all the hiders to come out. The Mafia would know not to target these people at night, making cops and docs all the more vulnerable.
If this would work - and it won't because there are no role names - the letter position would have to be specified here and the hiders unknown. If they are all unknown, then hiding with the nth (n=night #) person below yourself on successive nights
might
work. Once you die we know all between you and where you were when you bought it are innocent, and if you died alone, then we know a baddie. And that assumes that the mod says the dead person had the ability to hide. I don't know how we deal with names dropping of the list, screwing up the sequence.
I'd say skip trying to plan to get info from all the hiders.

Hey, it works!
unvote: mikehart; vote: Polotet
While I am sorry MikeHart is unable to participate, I congratulate him on having a real life. Still, I will vote for one of the lurkers for now. While it is unfortunate when something comes up that makes a person unable to post, voting is the only way to keep the bad guys from staying in hiding and picking us off at night while we lynch each other during the day.

As long as my name is being bandied about, take a look at my voting up to that point. You'll see that I had voted for DP, and entered the discussions of the bandwagons and various accusations without ever changing. Until the end, of course. So you needn't look in this direction if you want to lynch a bad guy.

EEP! We lost our doctor. I wonder how many scum there are? There are apparently two sets of killers, though a vigilante may have been responsible for MLaker.

D'oh! with these long nights, I forgot that mlaker was hiding with someone. Well, I will still vote for CoolBot. Hiders aren't the only way to find scum, you know.
...And I must have double clicked to get two posts the same. Sorray about that.

I doubt Kerplunk's story if only for the fact that most cops are simply told they are cops - not whether they are incompetent or have "an elbow problem."
OTOH, if he was targeted by the Mafia last night, but was out drinking, he may not have been home when the Mafia showed up, so they would just have killed whoever was hiding in his house. Not bloody likely, but I thought I'd mention it.
Unvote: CoolBot; vote: Kerplunk
And do not waste a hider's life on CoolBot tonight. Just lynch him tomorrow, okay?
