the key gimmick is (and this is where luck and fun comes in) is that all players have a 1 use of HURT: player X

hurt target, you may then
pull it on yourself
hurt target again (if you have one)
pass it

Does this mean that we may only post "Hurt: Player X" once or that we can only have a single successful use of "Hurt: Player X" once?

Right now all players have a single use of it, after 2 players die everyone (who is still alive) gets an additional use of it. You only get to use it once (successful or not)

For the blank gun, is there a blank shell that will register when triggered or will we only know that the gun is blank when we've used the entire chamber?

Thats a good question. You will have to find out.

No. Directions on how to use the gun are in the second post. Currently I'm trying to figure out if there are any advantages to pulling or healing, but there doesn't really seem to be any.
