Won 8 of 10, dropped from Silver V to Bronze 3...
Time to climb again.
FUCK!
EDIT: So i finished the season in Bronze 2, climbed to Silver in post-season. I think when the reset hit it used the end-of-season MMR/rank rather than the one I climbed through. That's about the only way I can describe this crazy shit.

Leona has no option other than to all-in though, while graggy grab has a limited kind of poke/sustain playstyle. I'm terms of team fights I want Leona every time.

That's great advice, but I'm pretty offay with the lane. More talking about in or against what team comp, looking post laning phase, would I want to take gragas over Leona?

TBH the best part about the change is that you're not forced into the MR/AP path if you do buy a ruby crystal early. Buying that quick health boost, then building it into Sunfire Cape is just amazing. Having the flexibility to build it into liandry's, RoA, or Spectral cowl makes it an amazing item that will probably be my first purchase on first back for nearly every top laner.

I rarely jungle, but when I support I've been buying ss later and later.
Bascially, I'm high-bronze low-silver, to give you perspective. I find a pink and my totem and MAYBE one more ward is plenty to keep me and the lane partner safe in lane. Then I pour that 800-odd gold into more combat stats and prove that I own this lane. Note that I usually play Leona or Blitz and like to fight often in lane, so it's probably a product of how I play.
I have been finding the "rush gold item level 2, rush sightstone, then gold item level 3" to be REALLY lackluster as a support. It basically trades out all combat effectiveness for the first 15 minutes or so. I dunno, could be wrong, certainly don't main support, certainly not a good player overall.

I rate Warmogs so highly.
But yes, at that point you probably had enough armour that health would have been a better choice.

Do you guys know if you don't have smite you can't buy machete? So if you're busy cleaning up after dinner during champ select and you take olaf with barrier and flash you have no machete all game.
Don't ask how I found that out.

I think he's referencing the fact that there are a lot of Bronze to X type accounts doing their own climb right now. You're almost guaranteed to have a smurf on either team, and there's a greater liklihood of it being theirs.
I've been experiencing it a lot in Bronze.

if you do then maybe you're activating your e too early or your ult too late.
I understand them, but rarely use them to their full potential. With renekton I'm p good at using my W and Hydra as AA resets. It's probably the first skill that falls off in big distracting teamfights, though.
For Jax I understand his W is a reset, is that the only one?

Yeah prob. If you're talking 1v2 adcs, probably...Caitlyn? I dunno. Lucian would probably be the choice I'd make though.
If you're talking top laners, cho is 100% the guy you want. Panth ain't bad and Renekton can survive under turret. Yorrick is usually pretty comfortable when he's zoned out, but I don't think he's good enough to bother learning. Rumble sorta can unless you're up against hard engage supports.

OCE for life.
had a few DJ sona mids already, a few were dodged by others, the one that I played with was a mad piece of shit. Not terrible during laning phase but just useless mid- and end-game.

I'm having a mad struggle with league at the moment. I'm still enjoying it, but I'm watching some massive losses. Especially games where I don't too badly myself. Not sure if it's just a streak or what.

I mean, you should never take a single game, or pro games as "the norm". They're very good players and can make a lot of strats work, but it might not be consistent.
Overall though, yeah he's really strong in 1v1, but I'm not sure he really makes up for it across the team.

When you think about it, if you kept 3 wards alive all game it'd be 1 ward/minute from when you bought your sightstone. Add a few vision kills and a few pinks and I think 1/min or .8/minute is probably a good goal.

sej's ult nerf is maaaassiiiiive
How to get around sej ult nerf - HIT THE DAMN ULT. Also, she had a 56.68% winrate yesterday. Clearly it wasn't that big.
The biggest thing is that hitting the ult on one or two people doesn't mean hitting it on five. With the 90% slow, if a team was spread out you could still hit all of them, albeit only a few with the stun. Now, though, if they're spread outside of stun range, they drastically counter the effectiveness. It's got good counterplay in it now, IMO.
Panzer is right though, that AOE CC is huge in Low ELO. The problem I've always had with Sej prior to cinderhulk is that her weak first levels (pre 5 or 6) are so bad that you're not ganking, and Low ELO lanes struggle to be without help for that long. I've come out of the jungle after my second clear and had a botlane that's 5 kills down to a caitlyn/thresh and continuing to feed while sitting under turret. There were definitely options that I didn't take there, that I could've, but I also just needed people to not feed for 8 minutes. Which is a big ask sometimes.

Saw it once in Bronze II wasnt bad.
Just played a naut support yesterday. Not entirely sure he's better than Thresh. His W shield is actually useful now, but his hook is definitely not as useful as thresh's. The ability to escape with it is amazing, but not being able to hook over a wall/turret/etc is a real limitation. It seems to be a tradeoff between utility and tankiness. I do much much much prefer naut's ult to thresh's ult, though.
Taric is a pretty OP support though. Man his cooldowns are STUPID long, but a point+click stun is awesome. He's also the only tank support I'd recommend going mostly utility masteries on.

Holy fucking shit. Playing with this guy who keeps saying "I am in bronze 5 renekton's demolishers. I need to play renekton to get points so I can move to next champ."
and it's hilarious.

Cause I'm bronze five as fuck right now man. Silver at the end of last season, 8/2 on placements and back into Bronze Four. Lost a BUNCH right at the start of season (like I was terrible and luck was terrible and everything I did was badtimes) and then I haven't played in weeks because of the girlfriend/housing problems.
That dude was hilarious all through the game. Just constantly talking about how he HAD to win this renekton game to "get points". I like playing with those people (oh and btw: He was honestly terrible. I don't think I've seen someone play that poorly).
