Congratulations to Klick!ShowDo I REALLY suck? That's up to you to decide.
Retiring from LSG's and Mish Mash, for the most part. If you want to contact me, I suggest going outside and enjoying what the world has to offer, instead.
Definitely DID suck, in the end...Probably.-

Alright, I wanted to thank everybody for being a part of this game. I had an amazing time running it, and I'm glad that the players had a good time too. This cast was phenomenal. Many of you played arguably your best games ever, and even though the early round was not particularly kind to new players every one of you showed potential to be excellent players. Please play again, all of you.
Kirby rocked this game. Prior to the game starting Klick told me that he was extra motivated, not just by love of the theme but by a desire to show that he could still be the great player he was in the past. He showed that and then some. I am super proud of his performance; his ascension to the pantheon of anon winner is well-deserved.
My moderators both did a fantastic job. Both Aronis and Gimmick modded their first game with me and it was a wonderful, smooth experience. Many of the challenges were designed by one of those two. Aronis gets a special mention for the Loved Ones challenge; that was 100% his idea and the reactions from players, specs, and Loved Ones alike was exactly what we wanted to see. Gimmick also gets a shoutout for the insane amount of work he did in the Spectator subforum. He asked me before the game if it would be okay for him to "run a few things". I said yes, expecting maybe a few fun threads. He turned it into a work of art. I had no idea SP was going to be a thing but I'm glad it was; thanks largely to his efforts the spectators were engaged to a level I have never seen. Gimmick has told me that SSB is to be his swan song, but Aronis, join another modteam right away; you're too good to sit out of the modding game for too long.
This was, with the exception of the Loved Ones visit, designed to be a nice simple game with few swaps. I am very happy with how it turned out. Post-Civ we all talked about how people don't factor in challenge strength in the tribal phase because there are always swaps and twists. This game showed that we can have a low-swap game without a Season Finale pagong; our F4 had an even split of not only Red/Blue, but also NewRed/NewBlue.
Anyway, I could ramble on all night, but the gist of it boils down to I think all of you helped make this into my favorite game I've modded ever. Thank you all.-

Way to go mod team on a successful game. It was nice to play survivor again.
Congrats to Klick! Well deserved and I knew I was going to end up voting for you the moment I got eliminated.
This game was a difficult one for me to stay focused on but I'm glad I didn't quit out as it was still worth playing. Can't wait for the next one!Looking for love in Alderaan places.-

It has been brought to my attention that the gift cards Gimmick bought can only be redeemed on the US Amazon site, which is a problem since only two of our winners are in the US.In post 27, Haschel Cedricson wrote:Here are the prizes, courtesy of mv_gimmick:

I wasn't convinced you wanted to tbh, but the minute Dedede was leaking that you were after Jigglypuff instead of liking you I knew it was over, she was Queen Bitch of Blue.In post 31, Espeonage wrote:I am so goddamned bad at Survivor.
I would have literally never voted Pika but everyone thought I wanted to.
Despite Saffron City being a trigger word, I enjoyed the majority of the game. One of these days I'm going to stop being the fricking bridesmaid to the winner!I HATE YOU SO MUCH PLEASE GO JUMP INTO A FREEZING LAKE - Mr. Freeze

Just finished Episode 11 in the spectators forum and just wanted to say a couple things.
1st off I feel really terrible about what I said to Vash. I think I overstepped a bit and I apologized several times for it. I think Vash is a really stand up guy. I was definitely the one who was the douche in the situation and he treated me with grace which is crazy. I think my emotions were still running a little hot from tribal and I had a couple frustrations with Vash.
2nd isn't a bitter juror a thing? I know it was kind of laughable because I was super backstabby so I definitely shouldn't have any problem with someone backstabbing me but it can definitely feel different. I know I probably should have been a little more objective and I definitely wanted Klick out and was never planning on taking him anywhere (not like I had much power) but again it stung a bit when I found out he turned on me. I always thought I could see it coming so maybe it was more a matter of pride that I underestimated Kirby and that my plan would have worked if he had voted with me.
Anyway I am continuing to read the spec thread so I guess I'll see if any of this is reflected in the remaining episodes.
Cheerio!-
