I can't find this rule anywhere.
I'm not sure if this rule was implemented or not, actually. It was discussed backstage, but I don't remember if it went through or not.
This conversation was in mid July, well after this game went underway. Both Chickadee and profii have claimed the role Town Vengeful. I feel like if a duplicate game had been passed through the NRG recently there wouldn't have been any uncertainty about this at all. Feel free to correct me if I'm angleshooting myself in the foot / reading too much into it / interpreting incorrectly but that's how I see this.

Additionally I think profii's threats are scum motivated. Town him wants to get lynched so I don't see why he threatens to kill TW. He refuses to listen to people who suggest otherwise so clearly he didn't want to discuss his target- so why did he talk about it? I think in general profii's behaviour here is indicative of someone who doesn't actually want to get lynched.
I said this in the thread where cfj commented: duplicates aren't banned. lemme pull two examples

I don't think two vengeful is a stretch based on this
so while I still think profii is scummy, this isn't a reason to suspect him

btw Pine talking about summer camp reminds me of my times at scout camp, where we'd sometimes play a modified version of f2f mafia

I ran a 19-player game the other day for a few groups of boys. Mostly 9-12. 4 west side Mafia vs 4 east side Mafia vs 10 VTs and a Vig. I called it “Gang Warfare”. Town won with half their numbers intact. It was a bloodbath.

omg that's amazing
we generally had like 10 kids playing and we'd have like 2 mafia, two "cops" (basically mason vigs), a sk, and the rest were civilians. The games went by FAST. I did play a game that was closer to normal mafia during my first scout camp, but it was with another troop that had brought actual role cards (not mafiascum one, the ones they brought had designs that looked like Order of the Stick characters). I played like two games, and we had some cool roles, like cupid and hunter. I don't want to fill the game with this talk so after the game ends please remind me to post an extended version of this to my gtkas

Just counted myself, and I think it is a hammer assuming there’s 13 alive. Coordinating night actions doesn’t work given fruit vendor. If the thread isn’t locked when I get to my desktop I’ll generate an unofficial vc.

Either A: he’s shooting rask, B: he’s getting venged, or C: he’s already refused to claim his target. In any of these cases, there’s no point in trying to organize, because it’s just not going to matter.

Pinecone has a mild case of croup. Spent much of yesterday in the ER. Talked to five nurses and four doctors. They were hesitant to make a diagnosis because she doesn't have the classic seal-bark cough, but rather a strong wet cough that occasionally sounds a bit bark-y.

She'll be fine. Croup is a known quantity that we can handle. Treat symptoms, keep airway clear, try steam and cold air, should run its course in 2-7 days.

Between that and replacements, have an extra day of night.
