Like the only thing up there that could drown is a duck. I don't think chest makes sense, like I guess lungs fill with water but it is a bit of an odd link. I think it's more logical he saw two water things and needed a cause of death

Okay, so we at least have it between chest and duck, I just think drowning is very water related, I don't think you see pool, undertake and chest and go "oh drowning"

every movie or tv show that has someone whos drowned gets cpr and they blow water out in the air while someone is pressing on thier chest.
