I agree with this. Did Mastina do something similar in Star Wars Rogue One? I'm sick so my memory might be off.

I don't think marina's scum, but not because of the claim.

I give slight town points for the out of the gate claim (I guess cause I wouldn't do it as scum), but the fact that it's a role that she says she'll never use is... meh.

It's also not inconceivable that scum would have some sort of medium breaking ability in this setup. Does seem like it'd be more useful in their hands.

it was RC's large where she blatantly claimed her scum role right out of the gate. There's a ton of scum useage of that role and I don't really understand why she felt she would claim as town.

Not really a misplay. We're not pressuring her for it and we all have the same information. Day one is important to do that as, over time, certain players may be more informed than others.
